Are pets allowed? Yes, your fur babies are welcome.

What are the pet fees or deposits? $300 pet deposit non-refundable $25 per month rent fee
4. What’s the security deposit and is it refundable?
How much is due upfront? $300
Under what conditions is it returned? Condition of the unit at move-out and all rent balances paid in full
5. When is rent due and how do I pay it?
Online portal? Check? In-person? Rent can be paid online (Rent cafe) with a money order or WIPS payments
Are there late fees? Yes, late fee is $100
6. What’s required to apply?
ID, proof of income, credit check, rental history, application fee $50 Administration fee $150
7. Is a credit check or background check required?
credit score of 560 or higher is needed

9. When can I move in?
Once the application is approved , the deposit is paid, and the unit is ready for move-in.
