How long is the lease term?
Are there 6, 9, or 12-month lease options? We offer 6, 9, 12, and 14 month leases. <br>
Is month-to-month available? Yes, with an additional $150 Fee per month.
What’s the pet policy?
Are pets allowed? Yes, your fur babies are welcome. <br>
Are there breed or weight restrictions? No. <br>
What are the pet fees or deposits? $300 pet deposit non-refundable & $25 per month fee.
What’s the security deposit and is it refundable?
How much is due upfront? $300(credit based). <br>
Under what conditions is it returned? Condition of the unit at move-out and all rent balances paid in full.
When is rent due and how do I pay it?
Online portal? Check? In-person? Rent can be paid between the 1st-5th of each month online (RentCafe), with a money order or WIPS payments. <br>
Are there late fees? Yes, on the 6th a late fee of $100 will be charged.

How long does the application process take?
3 to 7 days.
When can I move in?
Once the application is approved, the deposit is paid, and the unit is ready for move-in.
Can I see the exact unit I’ll be renting?
Yes, or it will be a similar layout.
